Subject: Discussion Regarding Resolution No. 2018-xx Approving an Investment Policy
and Appointment of the General Manager as the District Investment Officer
On January 3, 2017, the Board of Directors adopted the current investment policy as Resolution
No. 2017-01 [Director Memorandum No. 17-001].
Each year the District staff presents the investment policy for review by the Board of Directors. If
no modifications are necessary, the District staff recommends adoption of the attached resolution.
