RESOLUTION NO. 2018-xx

A RESOLUTION OF THE YUCAIPA VALLEY WATER DISTRICT
APPROVING AN INVESTMENT POLICY AND APPOINTING
THE GENERAL MANAGER AS THE DISTRICT INVESTMENT OFFICER

WHEREAS, California Government Code, Section 53646, requires the annual adoption of an
investment policy.

NOW, THEREFORE, the Yucaipa Valley Water District hereby resolves as follows:

Section 1: Adoption of Investment Policy.

Pursuant to Government Code 53600 et seq., the “Yucaipa Valley Water District Statement of
Investment Policy” is hereby approved as attached hereto and incorporated herein by this
reference.

Section 2: Appointment of Investment Officer.

The General Manager of the District is hereby appointed as the District’s Investment Officer and
is authorized and directed to do all things necessary to implement the Investment Policy.

PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 16 day of January 2018.
