There will be no discussion of these items unless board members, administrative staff, or members of the

VI. DISCUSSION ITEMS
A. Ratification of Amendment No. 2 to the State Revolving Fund Loan-Brineline- Agreement
No. 09-864-550 [Director Memorandum No. 18-066 - Page 14 of 92]
RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the Board ratifies the execution of Amendment
No. 2 for Agreement No. 09-864-550.
B. Consideration of Environmental Legal Liability Coverage from Alliant Insurance Services
[Director Memorandum No. 18-067 - Page 25 of 92]
RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the Board authorizes the General Manager to
execute the necessary documents for $3,000,000 environmental legal liability
coverage for an annual premium amount of $39,294.
C. Consideration of Resolution No. 2018-16 Supporting the Application for a Water and Energy
Efficiency Grant from the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation [Director Memorandum No. 18-068 -
Page 42 of 92]
RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the Board adopts Resolution No. 2018-16.
