• General Manager Joseph Zoba mentioned the planned budget workshop
scheduled for May 14, 2018.
IV. Strategic Planning

A. Discussion of the Strategic Planning Goal of Implementing Groundwater Recharge
Projects in the District’s Service Area [Workshop Memorandum No. 18-112] -
General Manager Joseph Zoba provided an overview of a proposed lake and
recharge project to be located on property owned by Oak Valley Partners. John
Ohanian provided insight on correspondence dated April 20, 2018 to begin to study
the feasibility of the proposed project.
