Subject: Discussion Regarding the Execution of Joint Community Facilities Agreement by and
Among City of Calimesa, and San Gorgonio Land, LLC, and Yucaipa Valley Water
District relating to Community Facilities District No. 2018-1 - Summerwind Trails
San Gorgonio Land (Summerwind Trails Development) has been working together with the City of
Calimesa and the Yucaipa Valley Water District for the construction of infrastructure related to their
development.
On November 19, 2018, the City of Calimesa approved the attached Joint Community Facilities
Agreement.
This agreement will be presented at the board meeting on December 18, 2018 for your consideration.
