Subject: Discussion Regarding the Assignment of Individuals to Represent the
District in Small Claims Court
Recommendation: That the Board adopts Resolution No. 2019-05.
Every year the Board of Directors updates and adopts a resolution appointing representatives to
act on behalf of the District in small claims court. The following resolution will be presented at the
next board meeting for possible adoption.
