After reconvening out of closed session, Legal Counsel David
Wysocki reported that the Board of Directors approved the
Settlement Agreement with Hillcrest Mobile Estates Inc. by the
following vote:
Director Jay Bogh - Yes
Director Bruce Granlund - Yes
Director Lonni Granlund - Yes
Director Chris Mann - Yes
Director Joyce McIntire - Yes
On other closed session items, direction was provided to the
General Manager and that there were no other reportable
actions taken.
ADJOURNMENT The meeting was adjourned at 7:15 p.m.
