I. Call to Order - 4:00 p.m. - The workshop of the Board of Directors of the Yucaipa Valley
Water District was called to order by Bruce Granlund at 4:00 p.m. at the Administrative
Office Building, 12770 Second Street, Yucaipa, California.

II. Public Comments - None
III. Staff Report - General Manager Joseph Zoba reported on the following items: (1) the City
of Yucaipa will be hosting a ribbon cutting for the Performing Arts Center on April 11, 2019;
(2) the District has formed a recycled water public outreach team consisting of individuals
in several departments to respond to customer needs
IV. Operational Update
A. Overview of New Operational Strategies and Procedures at the Wochholz
Regional Water Recycling Facility [Workshop Memorandum No. 19-092] -
Operations Manager Charles Thomas provided an overview of operational issues
and solutions at the Wochholz Regional Water Recycling Facility.
V. Capital Improvement Projects
A. Overview of the Anticipated Notice of Completion for the 8-Inch Sewer Mainline
Project in Yucaipa Boulevard, Yucaipa [Workshop Memorandum No. 19-093] -
Implementation Manager Matthew Porras reported on the final construction of the
Yucaipa Boulevard Sewer Project.
B. Overview of the Proposed Wildwood Canyon Road Sewer Mainline Replacement
Project [Workshop Memorandum No. 19-094] - Implementation Manager Matthew
