I. Call to Order - 4:00 p.m. - The workshop of the Board of Directors of the Yucaipa Valley
Water District was called to order by Chris Mann at 4:00 p.m. at the Administrative Office
Building, 12770 Second Street, Yucaipa, California.
II. Public Comments - None

III. Staff Report - General Manager Joseph Zoba reported on the recent meetings of the
Yucaipa Sustainable Groundwater Management Agency and the San Timoteo
Groundwater Sustainability Agency.
IV. Operational Updates
A. Overview of Recent Water Mainline Issues on Oak Grove Road, Yucaipa
[Workshop Memorandum No. 19-117] - General Manager Joseph Zoba reported
on a recent water mainline break on Oak Grove Road, Yucaipa. The District staff
will be preparing to replace the damaged pipeline in the near future.
V. Capital Improvement Projects
A. Overview of Proposed Sewer Facility Design Services for the Upper Summerwind
Lift Station and Alignment Study by Krieger & Stewart [Workshop Memorandum
No. 19-118] - General Manager Joseph Zoba provided an overview of the
proposed sewer improvements in the Summerwind and Oak Valley Development.
