STAFF REPORT General Manager Joseph Zoba discussed the following items:
• Yucaipa Sustainable Groundwater Management Agency
will be meeting on Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at the City
of Yucaipa. A meeting of the elected officials that form
the partners of the Yucaipa SGMA is tentatively
scheduled for June 19, 2019.

DM 19-049 Water Resource Manager Jennifer Ares presented Ordinance
No. 60-2019, an Ordinance of the Yucaipa Valley Water District
PUBLIC HEARING - Adopting New Water Conservation Rules and Regulations to
CONSIDERATION OF Reduce Water Shortage and Water Waste.
ADOPTING A REVISED
WATER WASTE Director Chris Mann opened the public hearing. No comments
ORDINANCE AND were received.
DROUGHT
CONTINGENCY PLAN After the public hearing was closed, Lonni Granlund moved that
the Board adopt Ordinance No. 60-2019.
