Subject: Consideration of a Memorandum of Agreement for the Terms and Conditions
of Employment for General Employees of the Yucaipa Valley Water District
Recommendation: That the Board approves the Memorandum of Agreement with the
General Employee Bargaining Group.
The Yucaipa Valley Water District has recently completed the negotiation process with the General
Employee Bargaining Group. The attached document represents the results of the negotiation
process which was approved by the General Employees on May 14, 2019.
