Installation, Maintenance and Data Collection of Water Level Monitoring
Equipment in 2019.
Recommendation: That the Watermaster Committee approve
Task Order No 19 for a sum not to exceed $21,520.

Mr. Blandon pointed to Task Order #16 for 2018 monitoring. This new
task order replicates the services and the cost for 2019, including
maintenance, operation, data collection, and reporting of the water
level monitoring locations.

F. Discussion Regarding Draft Resolution No. 2019-01 Amending the
Judgment at the Riverside Superior Court’s Request to Correct a Clerical
Error – An Incorrect Reference to “8,610 Acre Feet” on Judgment, Page
7, Line 26 – Correcting Such to “8,650 Acre Feet”
Recommendation: That the Watermaster Committee schedule
Resolution No. 2019-01 for consideration at the next regular
Watermaster meeting on February 6, 2019.

Counsel Montoya reminded the Committee that the Court’s desire had
been discussed. He noted that he has prepared the resolution and
attached amended judgment for first review then decision at the Feb. 6
meeting. This is merely a clerical error, he explained. Exhibit B shows a
correct amount of 8,650 Acre Feet; the original judgment had the
incorrect number circled and the correct number written. The Court
