                              It was moved by Member Jorritsma and seconded by Member Zoba to
                              approve the scheduling of Resolution No. 2019-01 for consideration at
                              the next regular Watermaster meeting on February 6, 2019.

                          G.  Discussion  regarding  the  “Facts  About  the  Beaumont  Basin
                              Watermaster”

                                     Recommendation:    That  the  Watermaster  Committee  provides
                                     comments on the draft document to be included as part of future
                                     meeting packets.


                              Member  Zoba  reminded  that  at  the  last  Committee  meeting,
                              Watermaster  members  requested  certain  information  compiled  that
                              shows the amount of overlying water rights transferred from Oak Valley
                              Partners  to  YVWD.  At  that  meeting,  Zoba  indicated  he  would  put
                              together  some  facts  about  the  Beaumont  Basin  Watermaster  and  he
                              explained the example included in the packet.
                              There were no questions from the Committee.


               VIII.  Topics for Future Meetings

                            A.  Development of a methodology and policy to account for new yield
                                from capturing local stormwater in the basin

                            B.  Development of a methodology and policy to account for groundwater
                                storage losses in the basin resulting from the spreading of additional
                                water sources

                            C.  Development  of  a  methodology  and  policy  to  account  for  recycled
                                water recharge

                            D.  Develop a protocol to increase the accuracy and consistency of data
                                reported to the Watermaster

                            E.  Develop a policy to account for transfers of water that may result when
                                an Appropriator provides water service to an Overlying Party

                            F.  Discussion of Overlyer return flow credit and how it might be managed
