General Manager Joseph Zoba reported on the following items: STAFF REPORT
• On December 1, 2014, the California Department of
Water Resources (DWR) issued the 2015 initial
allocation of 10% for customers of the State Water
Project. Improved precipitation forecasts allowed
DWR to set the initial allocation for 2015 at 10 percent,
up from the five percent allocation SWP customers
received in 2014.
• On December 17, 2014 at 5:45 p.m., the Yucaipa Valley
Water District will be conducting a meeting of the
Yucaipa Valley Water District Financing Corporation.
DISCUSSION ITEMS:
Following a staff presentation, comments from the customer and a DM 14-094
discussion by the members of the Board of Directors, Director Jay DENIAL OF CLAIM
Bogh moved and Director Ken Munoz seconded a motion to provide RELATED TO EXCESS
a reimbursement in the amount of $150. WATER USAGE AT
