Manager John Hull provided an update on the activation of the recycled water
system. The Board of Directors were notified that the recycled water system
would be fully activated on December 15, 2014.

A. Evaluation of Cooling Issues Related to Lift Station No. 1 [Workshop
Memorandum No. 14-197] - General Manager Joseph Zoba provided information
about the proposed project and District staff was given direction to pursue a sole-
source cost for the cooling system at the lift station.
VII. Administrative Items
A. Unaudited Financial Report for the Period Ending on November 30, 2014
[Workshop Memorandum No. 14-198] - Controller Vicky Elisalda provided an
overview of the unaudited financial report.
B. Review of a Proposed Policy Related to Disclosure Procedures for the Issuance
of Municipal Debt [Workshop Memorandum No. 14-199] - General Manager
Joseph Zoba provided an overview of the draft disclosure procedures for
municipal debt issued by the District.
C. Overview of Guidelines and the Role of Board Members by District Legal
Counsel [Workshop Memorandum No. 14-200] - District Legal Counsel David
Wysocki provided an overview of the roles and responsibilities of board
members. The Board of Directors requested a separate workshop to discuss the
ethics training session and this agenda item in the future.
D. Reorganization of the Board of Directors [Workshop Memorandum No. 14-201] -
General Manager Joseph Zoba mentioned that this item would be scheduled for
the next board meeting.
E. Appointment of a Primary and Alternate Member for the San Gorgonio Pass
Regional Water Alliance [Workshop Memorandum No. 14-202] - General
Manager Joseph Zoba mentioned that this item would be scheduled for the next
board meeting.
