IV. CONSENT CALENDAR - All consent calendar matters are routine and will be acted upon in one motion.
There will be no discussion of these items unless board members, administrative staff, or members of the
public request specific items to be discussed and/or removed prior to the vote for approval.

VI. DISCUSSION ITEMS
A. Authorization to Prepare a Workplan Related to a Tracer Study Analysis at the Wilson Creek
Spreading Basins for the Recharge of Recycled Water [Director Memorandum No. 19-024

RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the Board authorizes the General Manager to
Execute a Contract with Geoscience Consulting for a sum not to exceed $34,560.
B. Discussion Regarding the Need to Perform a Root Cause Analysis for Improving the
Secondary Treatment System at the Wochholz Regional Water Recycling Facility [Director
Memorandum No. 19-025 - Page 22 of 127]
RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the Board authorizes the General Manager to
Execute a Contract with Separation Processes for a sum not to exceed $36,800.
C. Public Hearing for the Adoption of Resolution No. 2019-08 Related to Wastewater
Discharge Limitations for the Yucaipa Valley Water District Pretreatment Program [Director
Memorandum No. 19-026 - Page 29 of 127]
RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the Board conducts a public hearing and adopts
Resolution 2019-08.
