B. Overview of Performing a Root Cause Analysis to Study and Resolve Foaming
Issue at the Wochholz Regional Water Recycling Facility [Workshop Memorandum
No. 19-055] - General Manager Joseph Zoba and Operations Manager Charles
Thomas provided information about the methodology to study proposed
improvements at the Wochholz Regional Water Recycling Facility.

A. Overview of Change Order No. 1 and Notice of Completion for the Contract with
Borden Excavating for the Drinking Water Replacement Project in Oak Glen Road,
