II. Public Comments - None
III. Staff Report - General Manager Joseph Zoba provided information about the following
topics:
• Presentation slides were discussed that showed several USGS groundwater level
graphs in the Bunker Hill Basin and the Yucaipa Basin.
• Presentation slides and supporting documentation was distributed that showed
that in 2018, the San Gorgonio Pass Water Agency paid to the Department of
Water Resources a rate of $265/acre foot. This information shows that the charges
paid by the San Gorgonio Pass Water Agency are still within their existing rate to
water retailers of $317/acre foot.
• Resolution No. 2019-09 was distributed to the public and the board members. This
item was provided to the District staff the prior day and was time sensitive.
o Director Lonni Granlund moved to add Resolution No. 2019-09 to the
workshop meeting agenda pursuant to the requirements expressed by
District Legal Counsel. Director Joyce McIntire seconded the motion.
