A. Discussion Regarding the New Adopted Imported Water Rates by the San
Gorgonio Pass Water Agency [Workshop Memorandum No. 19-107] - General
Manager Joseph Zoba provided information about the imported water rate
increase by the San Gorgonio Pass Water Agency effective May 1, 2019.
B. Overview of the Updated Yucaipa Valley Water District Water Waste Ordinance
and Drought Contingency Plan [Workshop Memorandum No. 19-108] - Water
Resource Manager Jennifer Ares provided an overview of the proposed
Ordinance.
C. Review of a Draft Parcel License Agreement with the City of Riverside for the
Yucaipa Valley Brineline [Workshop Memorandum No. 19-109] - Implementation
Manager Kathryn Hallberg provided an overview of the draft license agreement
with the City of Riverside.
D. Discussion Regarding Future Workshops and Board Meetings [Workshop
Memorandum No. 19-110] - General Manager Joseph Zoba provided suggested
dates and times for future board meetings and board workshops.
VIII. Director Comments - Director Joyce McIntire reported on the recent passing of Jim Hyatt.
A Celebration of Life event will be held on May 18, 2019 at the Norton Younglove Senior
Center.
IX. Announcements - The future meetings were referenced on the workshop agenda.

Director Bruce Granlund, Director Lonni Granlund, Director Chris Mann, and
Director Joyce McIntire were present in closed session with Legal Counsel David
Wysocki, General Manager Joseph Zoba, and Chief Financial Officer Allison
Edmisten to discuss the following items.

After reconvening out of closed session, Legal Counsel David Wysocki reported
that direction was provided to the General Manager and that there were no other
reportable actions taken.
