I. Call to Order - 4:00 p.m. - The workshop of the Board of Directors of the Yucaipa Valley
Water District was called to order by Bruce Granlund at 4:00 p.m. at the Administrative
Office Building, 12770 Second Street, Yucaipa, California.
II. Public Comments - None

III. Staff Report - General Manager Joseph Zoba reported on the latest residential gallons per
capita consumption reported to the State Water Resources Control Board for March 2019.
IV. Operational Update

A. Status Report on the Installation of the Advanced Metering Infrastructure System
[Workshop Memorandum No. 19-104] - Implementation Manager Katie Hallberg
provided information about the grant with the Bureau of Reclamation and the status
on meter infrastructure installations.
V. Capital Improvement Projects

A. Status Report on the Geotechnical Investigation in the Vicinity of the Calimesa
Lake and Recharge Facility [Workshop Memorandum No. 19-105] - General
Manager Joseph Zoba provided an overview of the status of the Calimesa Lake
and Recharge Facility Project.
VI. Development Projects
A. Overview of a Proposed Development Agreement with Lewis Management
Corporation for a Commercial Development in the City of Calimesa [Workshop
Memorandum No. 19-106] - General Manager Joseph Zoba provided information
about the proposed draft development agreement with Lewis Management
Corporation.
