The Board of Directors approved the motion.

For clarification, Aaron Jones asked if the contract awarded to Dudek was
contingent on the receipt of additional funding by the San Bernardino Valley
Municipal Water District. The consensus of the Board of Directors was that the
contract award to Dudek was not contingent upon receiving additional funding from
the San Bernardino Valley Municipal Water District for the Groundwater
Sustainability Plan.

G. Discussion Regarding Website Related Policies

Joseph Zoba discussed guidelines for posting information to the Yucaipa
Sustainable Groundwater Management Agency website.

Following a brief discussion, Joseph Zoba moved that items to be published on the
Yucaipa Sustainable Groundwater Management Agency website would be either:
(1) documents, text, and images that are reasonably considered part of the
administrative record such as minutes, agenda, reports; or (2) documents, text,
and images approved by the Board of Directors.

Ray Casey seconded the motion.

The motion was approved unanimously.

VI. Topics for Future Meetings

The group discussed the topics for future meetings and requested the following items be
added to a future meeting agenda:

A. Discussion Regarding Development of a Detention Basin from City of Calimesa as
a Project for the Groundwater Sustainability Agency - Tentatively scheduled for
September 26, 2018
B. Discussion Regarding the Methodology for Achieving a Sustainable Groundwater
Plan - To be scheduled for a future meeting
C. Presentation by the United States Geological Survey Groundwater Flow Model -
To be scheduled for a future meeting
D. Review of Draft Infiltration Study Report - Tentatively Scheduled for October 24,
2018

Management Agency is scheduled for Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at 10:00 a.m.
