B. Discussion Regarding Correspondence from the City of Calimesa - Notice of
Withdrawal from the Yucaipa - GSA
On November 19, 2018, the City of Calimesa publicly confirmed the Notice of
Withdrawal from the Groundwater Sustainability Agency for the Yucaipa Sub-
Basin No. 8-02.07 and the city council authorized the Mayor to execute a letter of
confirmation.
Following a discussion by the Board of Directors, Fermin Preciado moved to
consider November 19, 2018 as the effective date of the notice when the City of
Calimesa withdrew from the Yucaipa Groundwater Sustainability Agency pursuant
to the original Memorandum of Agreement. Bob Tincher seconded the motion.

C. Review of the Todd Groundwater Infiltration Report
Bob Tincher reported that the groundwater model by the USGS was delivered to
the San Bernardino Valley Municipal Water District. Bob Tincher also reported that
Todd Groundwater re-evaluated the infiltration rates due to the fact that the test
was conducted with drinking water instead of storm water or imported water.
