Resolution No. 2014-12

A Resolution of the Board of Directors of the
Yucaipa Valley Water District Transferring Funds within and between the Water,
Sewer and Recycled Water Enterprise Funds for Fiscal Year 2014

WHEREAS, the Yucaipa Valley Water District (“District”) has completed a variety of water,
sewer, recycled water and brineline related capital improvement projects; and

WHEREAS, the District has received state and federal grants and loans for several of these
capital improvement projects; and

WHEREAS, the District expected that specific restricted and unrestricted funds from the water
division, sewer division and recycled water division would be applied to the design and construction
of these projects.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED AND ORDERED, by the Board of Directors
of the Yucaipa Valley Water District hereby approves the attached Fund Transfer No. 1 and
Fund Transfer No. 2 for Fiscal Year 2014.

This resolution shall be effective as of June 30, 2014.
