A. Independent Accountant’s Financial Report of Agreed-Upon Procedures
for the Beaumont Basin Watermaster.

Recommendation: That the Watermaster Committee received
and files the Independent Accountant’s Financial Report. For the
period ending June 30, 2018.

Mr. Zoba noted this is a routine item. There was no discussion.

It was moved by Member Zoba and seconded by Member Jaggers to
receive and file the Independent Accountant’s Financial Report for the
period ending June 30, 2018.

B. Status Report on Water Level Monitoring throughout the Beaumont
Basin through September 25, 2018.

Recommendation: No recommendation.
Mr. Blandon gave a report. He noted that levels declined in Yucaipa Well
44. The cable was pulled and it was realized that no data had been
recorded for the last six months. It will be replaced on Oct. 3.

Declining levels were also noted at Banning M-8, and M-9. The Oak
Valley well requires replacement of a probe, and BCVWD 2 requires
replacement of the communications cable.

C. Comparative Groundwater Production and Allowable Extractions through
August 2018

Recommendation: No recommendation. Information Only.

Total extraction through August was 14,424; total production was
9,040.

D. Consideration of Task Order No. 17 with ALDA Inc. for the Development
of a Return Flow Methodology for the Beaumont Basin.
