Program
The Yucaipa Valley Water District staff will be proposing the following Capital Improvement
Projects as a priority for fiscal year 2019-20.

Wilson Basin Recycled Water Pipeline $ 700,000
Calimesa 24” Recycled Water Pipeline $ 5,025,000
Calimesa Lakes Basin Construction $ 6,000,000
I-10 Sewer Bore and Jack Project $ 1,000,000
Primary Flights at the Wochholz Regional Water Recycling Facility $ 150,000
Perimeter Fencing Upgrade for Intrusion Protection at Yucaipa Valley
Regional Water Filtration Facility $ 100,000
Fencing at Wochholz Regional Water Recycling Facility $ 100,000
Virtual Private Network Improvements $ 50,000
Wildwood Creek Sewer Replacement and Realignment $ 475,000
Total $ 14,600,000
The attached documents provide details and descriptions for each project.
Financial Analysis
The projects listed above impact the Water, Sewer and Recycled Water Funds and will be funded
by a combination of revenue sources that may include, Federal Emergency Management Agency
(FEMA) and California Office of Emergency Services (CalOES) funds, grants, State Revolving
Fund (SRF) loans and reserves from each of the District funds listed above.
